With manufacturer-approved courses and a new full mission engine room simulator, this initiative will help expand access to high-quality engine training for seafarers across Central and Eastern Europe - an important step as engine technologies and alternative fuels continue to evolve.
We’re also seeing strong demand for accessible, local training capabilities. Our own network of Training Partners continues to grow, reflecting customer feedback and the increasing need for specialised, manufacturer-approved training.

A new study released today by WinGD Ltd. and Envision Energy shows that under moderate regulations, green ammonia could achieve operating cost parity with VLSFO and LNG - even without subsidies.
Combining real-world data on fuel pricing and lifecycle emissions from Envision's exiting production with performance and emissions data from WinGD engines already installed, the findings point to a clear pathway for commercially viable near-zero emission shipping.
By 2050, green ammonia could even outperform LNG on cost.
